Notice of Water Rate Increase

The Silver Heights Water & Sanitation District will be increasing residental maintence fees from $10.00 to $20.00. Commercial Consumers will have a maintence fee increase from $20.00 to $100 as well as a 10% increase in Commercial tiers. Commercial sewage will be changing from $5.15 per thousand gallon usage to $6.25 per thousand gallon usage with no change to the $161.86 minimum  begining February 1, 2026.

Residents will see a 9% increase in tiers begining January 1, 2027.
